Quinn Michele Kemp is Here!

Our community grew by one this past Monday, July 27th, as Sonya Kemp gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Quinn Michele Kemp! For those who keep track, or had bets made, Quinn weighed 7lbs 11oz. at birth. Congrats to Sonya, Kevin and Emerson on this beautiful addition to their family! Congrats also to all the grandparents, including our group's very own Mike and Janice!

In other news, we continue to meander through summer as a group with all disruption a summer schedule brings. We were pleased to be joined this past Sunday night by two women and a girl traveling up from Mexico (Francesca, Mary and Lora). Of course I had to be talking about David and Bathsheba! I tried to use the word 'relations' to describe what David was doing with Bathsheba but I don't this it did much to help my predicament. However, while our guests had to suddenly leave early, they seemed have a good time while they were with us. Certainly it was good practice for the rest of us as we continue to get comfortable in having church in the marketplace, so to speak. It can be chaotic, and noisy and uncomfortable at times, but mostly, its wonderful and right.

It's great to have Josh and Sara back with us after their long hike. They had a great time and look none the worse for wear!
