New Life for our Blog

We'll, if by some miracle you ended up here, congratulations! (or condolences) This site, like my brain, has been dormant too long, so in an attempt to improve our communications with each other - and to let our friends and family have a better idea of what we are up to in Ocean Beach - I plan to be much, much better at updating this site. (The most tired promise on the internet, I know)

Thanks to Monique for all her work on the childcare schedule. I am attempting to add a link to our Google Calendar on this site, but it may take me a bit to get the bugs worked out. It is always a joy to have children with us at Newbreak! If, however, you would like some childcare help during our time together at Newbreak, the Sawyers have arranged care at their home. We will be back at Newbreak this Sunday night (Abbott St) at 5pm for chat and chow and will break for worship at 6pm. Alain Lescart will be sharing a short message with us and Mark Mann will lead us in a song or two.

Thanks to the leading of Joel and Lauren, we will be putting homeless care kits together on Easter Sunday at 5pm at the Paul's home (3111 Ibsen Street) More details on that to come.
